healthy snacks have been a big success and will continue to be available.

Skills to be linked and performed as a routine in following order :
1. Arabesque – straight into
2. Handstand – (Return to stand then controlled Forward Roll onto Flat
Back)
3. Bridge – (Roll onto front push to front support)
4. Splits both legs – (controlled turn between positions then turn into
Japana)
5. Straddle Lever – (Roll back to unsupported shoulder stand and roll to
stand)
6. Chasse Chasse full turn jump.
The links which are in brackets will be marked along with skills.
