This section is designed to assist our gymnasts with any training or practice
that they may wish to do in the home.
Below are a number of suggested exercises in sections based on the difficulty
of the exercise.
Exercise demonstrations are available by clicking on the exercise name.
Pay attention to the body shapes shown.
You can then use the suggested programmes to help you construct a training
programme.
This section also provides a list of suggested moves to practice to improve
the gymnast's range of movement.
A short routine used by our intermediate classes and above for a regular
skills competition is also included.
