  10. Waiting List - the club takes names for anyone wishing to join DGC - there currently is a waiting list, we do try to take children in at the start of each term
  11. Club Year Structure for Recreational - 1st Term - Badge work, 2nd Term - Xmas Display, 3rd & 4th Term - Badge work and Competition prep
  12. Floor & Vault and Development Classes - these classes are by 'invitation' only

  14. Fees (link to page) - DGC has introduced a reduced fee for any family with 3 gymnasts at the club - Buy 2 get one free (the cheapest membership is free)


Do you follow any award schemes?

Yes we follow the Scottish Gymnastics Proficiency Award Scheme.

What age can my child start?

Anyone age 5 or in Primary 1 is eligible to join DGC - we do not have any Pre-School classes

Our youngest gymnast is 5 and our oldest gymnast is 14

Will my child be able to compete?

The club runs one inclusive club competition per year. External competitions are by selection only.

How are classes made up?

Fundamentally the classes are based on ability rather than age in order that coaching plans can be targeted effectively.
